This Influencer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into this XXth day of Month, Year, by and between the Advertiser (XXX) and the Influencer (XXX). The Advertiser and the Influencer agree:

1. Appointment The Advertiser appoints the Influencer as a non-exclusive representative to promote and sell products via social media platforms.

2. Term The agreement lasts for one year and automatically renews for additional one-year terms unless either party gives 30 days written notice.

3. Deliverables The Influencer must deliver agreed posts according to the schedule. Advertiser has XX days to request revisions after receiving deliverables.

4. Cancellation Either party may terminate with ten days notice for breach or thirty days without cause. The Advertiser may suspend or limit access if the Influencer breaches the agreement.

5. Collateral Details The Advertiser provides content and briefing materials. The Influencer is responsible for all costs related to their personnel.

6. Items to Avoid The Influencer must avoid referencing competitors and follow brand guidelines, ensuring no inappropriate or discriminatory content.

7. Approval and Content Origination The Influencer must ensure that all promotional content is approved by the Advertiser.

8. Confidentiality and Exclusivity The Influencer must protect confidential information and may not work with competitors during the contract and for three months after.

9. Compensation The Influencer will be paid the agreed amount and is responsible for their own expenses, resources, and equipment.

10. FTC Compliance and Disclosures The Influencer must clearly disclose material connections and provide truthful, verifiable statements.

11. Payment Terms Payments are made via PayPal or check/money order within seven days of the invoice date.

12. Force Majeure A party is excused from obligations due to circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters or government actions.

13. Independent Contractor The Influencer is an independent contractor and responsible for taxes, liabilities, and work methods.

14. Choice of Law The agreement is governed by the laws of the specified State/County.
